Made for HubSpotMade for monday.comClose the handoff between sales and monday.com.
Won HubSpot deals become monday.com items on their own, and every change stays in step both ways. Delivery starts the moment a deal closes, with no retyping and no extra seats.
What changes when sales and delivery stay in sync
The sales-to-delivery handoff, before and after you connect HubSpot and monday.com.
- Someone retypes every won deal into monday.com by hand
- The deal and the item drift apart the day after they are created
- Each team buys seats in the other's tool just to see what is true
- The item lands on the board the moment a deal reaches the stage you choose
- Every later change syncs both ways, custom properties included
- Sales stays in HubSpot, delivery stays in monday.com
See it working every day
The everyday moments that keep sales and delivery in sync, without leaving your own tools.
Won deals start delivery on their own
Pick the stage that means go. When a deal reaches it, the item lands on your board with the fields you mapped.
Built for the sales-to-delivery handoff
Everything monday's own HubSpot app cannot do, without spending your integration credits.
Triggered by the stage you choose
Items are created when a deal reaches your stage, not for every deal in the pipeline.
Two-way, for the life of the deal
Every later change syncs in the direction you pick, custom properties included. Not a one-time copy.
Only the deals you mean
Filter by owner, amount or any deal property, so the board stays usable.
Owners become real people
The deal owner maps to a monday.com people column, not a numeric id.
Zero integration credits
We talk to monday's API directly, so syncing never eats your account's monthly integration actions.
Backfill what you already have
Bring existing deals across, and match items already on the board instead of duplicating them.

Add the card to your deals
HubSpot doesn't add app cards on its own. In Connected apps, open monday.com Sync, go to App cards, click Manage locations on the monday.com Item card and tick your deal views.
Still not on a deal? Click the + beside the Activities tab and add the card there.
Check it worked
Move a deal into the stage you chose. The item appears on your board within moments, and the card on the deal links to it.
What each approval allows is in the privacy policy.
