Made for HubSpotMade for ZendeskClose the gap between sales and Zendesk.
See Zendesk tickets and the full conversation on every HubSpot company and deal. Sales walks into every renewal knowing the support story, without buying anyone a Zendesk seat.
What changes when sales and support stay in sync
The sales-to-support handoff, before and after you connect HubSpot and Zendesk.
- Reps ask support for an account's ticket history before every renewal call
- Seeing a customer's tickets means buying another Zendesk seat
- An open ticket from an unhappy customer surfaces mid-call, not before it
- Every ticket shows on the HubSpot company and its deals, not just the contact
- The whole conversation sits on the record, each reply attributed
- Sales sees the support story without a Zendesk license
See it working every day
The everyday moments that keep sales and support in sync, without leaving your own tools.
Support history on the account
Every Zendesk ticket from an account rolls up onto the HubSpot company and its deals, so a rep sees the open issue before the renewal call.
Built for the sales-to-support handoff
Everything Zendesk's own HubSpot app leaves out, so sales gets the full picture.
Tickets on the company and deal
Support history rolls up to the account and every deal on it, not just to one contact.
The full conversation
Every reply lands on the record, public and internal kept apart and attributed to whoever wrote it. Internal notes only when you turn them on.
Every status change
Reopened, pending, on hold and solved all land on the record as they happen.
Sync only what matters
Choose tickets by tag, form, brand or requester domain, and match requesters to contacts you already have instead of creating duplicates.
Your history, archived included
Backfill past tickets, including the archived ones HubSpot's own Zendesk sync leaves out.
A sync log you can read
See what synced, what was skipped and why, so you never have to guess whether it is working.
Set up Zendesk Sync
The whole thing takes about five minutes. You connect Zendesk and HubSpot, add the card to your records, and you're syncing. No developer needed.

Connect Zendesk
Click Install, type your Zendesk address and approve. If you sign in at northwind.zendesk.com, your address is northwind.
You need to be a Zendesk admin.

Add the card to your records
HubSpot doesn't add app cards on its own. In Connected apps, open Zendesk Sync, go to App cards, click Manage locations and tick Ticket, Company and Deal.
Takes about 30 seconds, and you only do it once.
Check it worked
Open a company whose customers have raised Zendesk tickets. The tickets and the whole conversation are right on the record.
What each approval allows is in the privacy policy.
