Narrow the field to HubSpot on one side and Jira or GitHub on the other, and the two products genuinely do the same job. Both sync in two directions. Both carry comments and attachments across. Setup and Time to Value

The two setup experiences differ in the way configurable and opinionated tools always differ, and neither one is doing it wrong.

Getint asks you to make the decisions up front. Authenticate both sides, map issue types, map fields, map statuses per object type, decide on comment sync and its filters, then apply the filters that decide which items qualify.
