Welcome to IssueLinker. By accessing or using our website and integration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. IssueLinker is a tool that connects HubSpot tickets with Linear issues and keeps status, comments, and notes in sync between the two tools. Please read these terms carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use IssueLinker.
You must be at least 18 years old to use IssueLinker. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using IssueLinker on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
To use IssueLinker, you must install the app from the HubSpot marketplace and connect your Linear workspace via OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at michael@issuelinker.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
IssueLinker provides a platform to create Linear issues from HubSpot tickets and keep status, comments, and notes synchronized between the two tools. We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on the APIs provided by HubSpot and Linear. If their services experience downtime or their API terms or functionality change, it may affect how IssueLinker operates. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platform changes or outages.
IssueLinker offers a free trial period for new accounts. During the trial, you have full access to the integration. At the end of the trial period, syncing will pause unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Existing ticket-to-issue links remain intact and resume syncing the moment you subscribe. We will not charge you automatically at the end of a trial. You may cancel during the trial at any time without being charged.
Some parts of the service require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the plan you choose. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
You agree not to use IssueLinker to:
You own all your tickets, issues, comments, and notes. By using IssueLinker, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and transfer that data solely for the purpose of providing the integration service. We do not use your data for any other purpose, including training models, analytics, or advertising. When you delete your account, we will delete your stored credentials, ticket-to-issue links, and sync metadata within 30 days.
IssueLinker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IssueLinker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or software. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the IssueLinker name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent. HubSpot and Linear are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced here only to describe compatibility.
IssueLinker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IssueLinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IssueLinker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to IssueLinker at our discretion if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or use the service in a way that could harm our systems or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your stored credentials, ticket-to-issue links, and sync metadata within 30 days of account termination. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at michael@issuelinker.com. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
