If the product already does what you need as-is, Growth is the right plan and we will tell you so.

What counts as custom work on the Business plan?

Anything that makes the integration fit your process rather than the default one. Custom ticket or issue fields and how they map, sync rules tied to your specific pipelines and statuses, automations that fire on your workflow, and bulk or one-off data work during setup. We start with a scoping call, agree what is worth building, then build and ship it into your portal. It is a working relationship, not a support ticket queue, so if you want something exotic, ask before you subscribe and we will tell you straight whether we can do it.

How fast do you reply on the Business plan?

Same day, direct to the founder rather than into a shared inbox. Anything actively blocking your team gets picked up first. Growth is email support, which is usually same day too, but Business is the plan where that is the commitment rather than the average.

Where do I actually pay?

Inside HubSpot, not on this site. Open Connected Apps in your HubSpot settings, click IssueLinker, and go to the Billing tab. Both plans are there with monthly and yearly prices, and picking one opens Stripe checkout. That is also where you manage or cancel the subscription later, so there is no separate account to log into here. You will not need this until your trial is nearly up, since installing already unlocks everything.
